Movie Night Super Food Smart Shake Recipe

Serves 1

Rim:

1 Tbsp. organic Dulce de Leche 

1 tsp. organic raw cacao nibs

1 tsp. mini candy coated chocolate pieces

 

Milkshake:

1 cup non-fat milk

1 scoop Pure Protein® Super Food Dark Cocoa Powder

3 Tbsps.organic malted milk powder

Pinch of fine sea salt

6 ice cubes (or enough to reach desired consistency)

 

Topping:

¼ cup whipped cream topping

¼ cup organic air-popped popcorn

1 tsp. organic raw cacao nibs

1 tsp. mini candy coated chocolate pieces

Using a 12-ounce soda fountain glass, spread the Dulce de Leche along the top rim of the glass, painting about 1-2 inches down the side of the glass. Sprinkle cacao nibs and mini candy coated chocolate pieces over the Dulce de Leche. Invert glass and set upside down on a freezer-safe plate. Freeze until set.

 

In a blender, combine milk, Pure Protein® Super Food Dark Cocoa Powder, malted milk powder, sea salt, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

 

Remove prepared soda fountain glass from freezer and pour milkshake into glass. Top with whipped cream topping and popcorn. Garnish with cacao nibs and mini candy coated chocolate pieces. Serve immediately.
